Fuzzy Delphi Techniques: Creative Teaching Model Design for Polytechnic Islamic Education Lecturers

Looking at the changes in country's education landscape, aspect of creativity is focus Malaysian Education Development Plan (PPPM) 2013-2025 which aims to produce a creative and innovative thinking workforce. This showed that main pillar nurture enhance among students, source human capital country, especially institutions higher learning. Therefore, Islamic lecturers polytechnics should always be ahead by improving teaching more creative. study was conducted look elements needed designing model based on active practices, lecturer skills, application moral values. The quantitative used Fuzzy Delphi Technique administering questionnaire 14 experts obtain data. results found 39elements were accepted with threshold value (d) ? 0.2, percentage expert agreement exceeded 75%, ?-cut 0.5.
